Pros
- nice packaging - simple & is plastic
- dual phase
- when you shake it up it takes a while to seperate
- gentle on the eyelids & doesn't sting or irritate (unlike Estee Lauder's eye makeup remover for me!)
- relatively inexpensive
- available in many places
Cons
- doesn't remove my eye makeup quickly - it takes a while
Would I repurchase?
Although it is great value for money and does a decent job, I am still going with Shiseido's eye and lip makeup remover over this because I find it to be more effective, so I will be using that but I would recommend this as a cheaper alternative.

i use one from lancome, it's ok. i used to have one from loreal and it SUCKED. it only but it like where my eyebags are and i couldnt' get it removed there =(

Really? I was going to try the L'oreal one - it's dual phase as well - thanks for letting me know... I think I will be avoiding it!
