Lancome Miracle EDP Review

This is the 100mL bottle

- it is very florally, fresh and feminine
- if the liquid in your bottle is not light pink, it is off! You have either gotten an old product that is no longer fresh or you have had yours for too long and this means that if you continue to use it the product would not last as long on your skin as it used too.

- I have since given this bottle ( and two other ones... my bad for buying back ups! No more I say!) to my mother... why?

- At first I found this worked well with my skin chemistry - it was lovely, fresh and suited my mood for the spring

- Now, when I spray it on I have a slight headache, the smell doesn't smell like it used to (and this is within 6 months of usage, the expiry date of perfumes is generally 2 - 3 years from opening date). Have this happened to anyone else?

No.

Travalo Perfume Atomiser - Haul, Pics & Review!

I purchased these online because I heard of them from Youtube! :) Andrea's Choice has some videos up about these on her Youtube channel!
I didn't know you could get them at The Perfume Connection for about AU$25.00!

So... I got them from eBay. They came here from England I believe!

I got all the colours available - though they were priced slightly differently! Weird, right?


So I got the pink and silver for myself...

and the gold and black as a gift:

How do I like the Travalo?

Love! You don't need to go pouring or spraying perfume into the thing! It is small and compact - about the size of your thumb - maybe a bit bigger! lol!

Overall rating?

4/5 - it sprays a bit too much when using, and sometimes not enough, but otherwise it is an excellent product!

Would I repurchase?

Yes!

Michelle Phan Interview on Thai Live Show - WoodyMorning 17Nov10 2/3

Here is Michelle Phan doing an interview/press thing on a Thai Live Show and she shows how to use her IQQU's Advance sunscreen (in the new packaging), she shows how to redifine eyebrows, apply eyeliner and mascara.

She shows her business card trick using Lancome's mascara. It looks like Hypnose!  She uses Lancome's powder compact as a mirror as well (probably because she is sponsered by them) so you get to see these products in action!

Product: A nice range of colours to suit a varity of skin shades. I personally found this product to be a bit drying, and it broke me out a bit.

Packaging: Love love! Elegant, glass bottle with pump! Hygenic! A plus!



Product: You get 30mL, it's oil-free & the shades are great - I got a perfect match with the 2nd lightest shade. However, it broke me out in one application. I returned it to the store.

Lancome EffacernesWaterproof Protective Undereye Concealer



Price: a bit exy, 2/5

Packaging: Great - you only squeeze out how much you need - no dipping your fingers into it! Hygenic!

Product: Like with the other Lancome products, this broke me out - nothing major though - just a few spots here and there. I tried this concealer several time in an attempt to get my skin to like it though - bit it just accentuated my dry areas on my face - not good! I do like how it says it is waterproof.

OVERAL VERDICT:
I have sensitive, acne-prone, combination skin - so dry in some areas and oily in others (my T-zone).
But if you have normal or oily skin these may work for you.
Also, if you d not have sensitive skin!



These three products are definately misses for me! :(

I am ALWAYS up for trying new products,

so I jumped on the website and purchased the following:

The products, left to right:

Advance Sunscreen , Acne Serum & Jasmine Rice Bran Scrub.

REVIEWS

All products state that they were made in Thailand.

Advance Sunscreen

- Small size, it's only 30mL

- I have not tested this product out because after I tried one of Shiseido's sunscreens I got a major allergic reaction - so many pimples popped up on my face! (I will review it in more depth at a later date.) So I am scared of trying anymore sunscreens at this point.

- So when I get the guts, I will try this out!

- The texture is creamy and doesn't seem oily - powder-ish

Acne Serum

- 30mL

- It has a pleasant scent, not quite sure what it smells like... a mix of lavender & roses?

- Smooth texture

- Hygenic packaging

- I tried this over several days & I got allergic to it, so no no no... broke me out a bit

Jasmine Rice Bran Scrub

- 30g

- It smells very weird.... very off to me. I do not like the smell. Not really the rice smell I was expecting.

- It does not scratch the face when applied

- I got allergic to this too, more pimples for me :( boo

So, no luck with this line of products for me. :( I REALLY wanted to like it!

IQQU will be releasing a line of eyeshadows and makeup brushes in the future, and I look forward to what they look like. Might be tempted to buy some... we'll see!
